What the planner does

Send bounded numeric assumptions, existing tool categories and a sensitive-data flag. Receive the same calculation, ordered workflow, human review gates, editable template and acceptance checklist used by the website. It uses rules, not a model; it cannot send email, fetch URLs or operate client tools.

Public interoperability

Discover the public Agent Card at https://citerlabs.com/.well-known/agent-card.json. Send JSON-RPC SendMessage requests to https://citerlabs.com/a2a. Use these exact URLs without query strings or trailing slashes. The official JavaScript SDK 1.3.0 is used on server and test client with A2A protocol 1.0. Streaming, background tasks, callbacks, authentication and task storage are not supported by this service. The public endpoint accepts structured JSON only; no signup is required.

Safety boundaries

Requests are limited to 8 KiB, strict fields and bounded finite numbers. Responses are immediate and the service creates no persisted task or payload history. A native Cloudflare limiter allows 20 requests per 60 seconds for a shared endpoint key per location. The Worker has a configured 10 ms CPU ceiling per invocation; Cloudflare may allow infrequent overruns. Rate counters are location-local and eventually consistent, not a global quota or spending cap. Retained application logs and traces are disabled; ordinary provider request metadata may still be processed. No credentials or private customer data belong in this interface.
